The full-time Lead Pilot is a senior, hands-on field leader responsible for executing high-quality agricultural drone applications while leading a small field crew (typically 1–2 team members). This role combines advanced flight operations, customer-facing service, crew leadership, and equipment stewardship to deliver best-in-class application results.
The full-time Drone Technician will become the technical backbone of our operation, ensuring customers and internal fleet stay in the air when it matters most.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused.
You’ll work out of our fully equipped shop in Republic, MO, with access to a field service truck, specialized tools, and manufacturer training—supporting operators across Southern Missouri and NW Arkansas.
The part-time Field Assistant supports our drone pilots in agricultural operations. The primary objective of this role is to minimize drone downtime by ensuring fast, safe, and efficient "pit stops" for battery changes and payload refills in the field.
